fa بررسی میزان رعایت منشور حقوق بیمار از نظر کارورزان در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی پزشکی Medicine پژوهشی Original <p dir="RTL"><strong>سابقه و هدف: </strong>رعایت حقوق بیماران موجب بهبود ارتباط بین بیماران و کارکنان مراکز درمانی و ارتقای کیفیت خدمات سلامت می‌گردد. این مطالعه جهت بررسی میزان رعایت منشور حقوق بیمار از نظر کارورزان در بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی انجام شده است.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> در این پژوهش توصیفی- مقطعی، 137 نفر از کارورزان رشته پزشکی از بیمارستان‌های امام حسین (ع)، مدرس، طالقانی، لقمان، مفید، شهدای تجریش، لبافی نژاد و مهدیه به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه 12 سؤالی پژوهشگر ساخته بود که روایی آن توسط اساتید رشته و پایایی آن با ضریب کرونباخ آلفای 81 درصد تأیید شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش‌های آمار توصیفی و آزمون آنالیز واریانس و آزمون <span dir="LTR">Tukey</span> توسط نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> (نسخه 21) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> میزان رعایت منشور حقوق بیمار در بین تمام بیمارستان‌ها در 6/41% موارد مطلوب، در 5/55% موارد متوسط و در 9/2% موارد نامطلوب بود. بیشترین میزان رعایت منشور حقوق بیمار مربوط به &quot;امکان ترخیص بیمار با رضایت شخصی&quot; (5/92%) و کمترین میزان مربوط به &quot;مشارکت بیمار در انتخاب روش درمانی&quot; (2/46%) بود. بین بیمارستان‌های مختلف از نظر رعایت منشور حقوق بیمار تفاوت معنی‌داری مشاهده شد (013/0<span dir="LTR">P=</span>).</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>میزان رعایت منشور حقوق بیماران در بیشتر بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی در حد متوسط تا مطلوب است. با این وجود، میزان رعایت این حقوق در بعضی بیمارستان‌ها در حد مطلوب نیست. لذا توصیه می‌شود برنامه‌های آموزشی جهت آشنایی کارکنان و بیماران با منشور حقوق بیمار اجرا شود.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> Respecting patients&rsquo; rights leads in improvement of communication between patient and health care providers and promotion of health services. This study is performed to assess the patients&#39; bill of rights observance in the educational hospitals of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences.</p> <p><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In this descriptive-cross sectional study 137 medical students (interns) were selected form Imam Hosein, Modarres, Taleqani, Mofid, Shohadaye Tajrish, Labbafinejad and Mahdie hospitals by convenience sampling method. We used a questionnaire with 12 questions. Experts of the field confirmed reliability of questionnaire and validity was confirmed by Cronbach&rsquo;s Alpha coefficient (81%). The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS (v21) using descriptive statistics, analysis of variance and Tukey test.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> In this study the observance rate of patients&rsquo; bill of rights was at a good level in 41.6% of cases, at an average level in 55.5% of cases and at a low level in 2.9% of cases. The best observance rate was for the article &ldquo;discharge with informed consent&rdquo; (92.5%) and the lowest observance rate was for the article &ldquo;participation of patient in selecting treatment alternatives&rdquo; (46.2%). There was a significant difference between several hospitals in the observance rate of patients&rsquo; bill of rights. (p-value = 0.013).</p> <p><span dir="RTL">&zwj;</span><strong>Conclusion</strong><strong>: </strong>The observance rate of patients&rsquo; bill of rights was at an average to good level in most of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences&rsquo; hospitals. However, this observance rate is at a low level in some hospitals.
